As President of Petrofac’s Americas business, John Glithero leads all elements of the company’s growth and operations in region, including the further establishment of the DanosPetrofac Joint Venture and its outsourced asset support offering.

John has over 28 years’ industry experience in energy and oilfield support services, including tenures as Senior Vice President, Business Development for Wood Group Americas, and prior to that, President of Wood Group PSN (WGPSN).

A native of Texas, John has throughout his career been instrumental in various high profile business acquisitions, including Wood Group’s purchase of Baker Energy.


Owner Executive

Paul Danos oversees the company’s strategic planning and direction, business development, marketing and sales initiatives, and production services. He is a third-generation owner and president of the Danos Board of Directors.

Paul joined Danos in 2005 as project manager of the offshore construction and fabrication division and later served as vice president of U.S. operations. From 2010 to 2017 he held the role of executive vice president. Prior to joining Danos, Paul was the senior consultant of special projects at Plains All American and the senior consultant of risk consulting at Arthur Andersen (Protiviti Consulting).

Paul is a member of the Offshore Operators Committee (OOC); the National Oceanic Industries Association (NOIA); the advisory board for the Deepwater Operations Conference; Louisiana Community and Technical College Foundation; and Council for a Better Louisiana (CABL) Leadership Louisiana program. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Louisiana State University and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.


Senior Vice President, Engineering & Production Services, West
Petrofac Inc.

Dave Blackburn oversees Petrofac’s engineering and operations Service Lines both in the UK and US.

Dave joined Petrofac from Hess Corporation in 2016, where he had spent six years in a variety of senior operational and project roles in the Gulf of Mexico and West Africa.

Prior to this, Dave enjoyed a 25-year career with Shell EP Europe where he began as a trainee technician, working his way up to become an Offshore Installation Manager and Mature Asset Shutdown Manager on the Brent assets. He also held the position of Operations Manager for Shell EP Europe’s Central platforms.

Dave brings his international operations experience to the DanosPetrofac Board, of which he is a founding member.


Vice President of Production Services

Reed Peré has a decade of industry experience and oversees the company’s production services division. He ensures quality work and adherence to safety policies for Danos’ global production workforce.

Reed joined Danos in 2006, was selected as the company’s Quality Person of the Year in 2012, and was named vice president of production services in 2015. Prior to joining Danos, Reed worked as a secondary education administrator, coach and educator.

A member of South Central Industrial Association, Gulf Coast Safety and Training Group, and Society for Human Resource Management, Reed earned a Bachelor of Science in General Studies and Master of Education from Nicholls State University.


Vice President of Strategy and Business Development

Iain oversees Petrofac’s strategic planning in the US and leads the company’s business development and commercial activities in region.

Prior to joining Petrofac, Iain held a number of senior executive, leadership and functional roles during his 20-year career with Wood Group, including General Counsel, Americas, President of Wood Group Light Industrial Turbines and Executive Vice President of Strategy and Development for Wood Group PSN.

Iain is originally from Scotland, moved to the US in 1998 and is now a US citizen. In his career, he has been involved in Joint Ventures, acquisitions, mergers and IPO’s totalling over $2bn in value, and in the restructure and growth of three significant US businesses.


Vice President of Finance and Administration

David Cedro is responsible for overseeing the company’s domestic and international administration, finance, accounting and commercial activities.

David has more than 25 years of experience in construction and energy accounting and finance, including management positions with Ernst & Young LLP, Arthur Andersen LLP and the Shaw Group (NYSE: SGR). He also has worked with a variety of public and private companies, advising them in finance, administration and risk management.

David serves on the Executive Board of the Boy Scouts of America (SELA Council) and the University of New Orleans Accounting Department Advisory Council. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Society of Louisiana Certified Public Accountants. He holds a master’s degree in accounting from the University of New Orleans.
